Hi! I’m Zoe.

My mission is to enable people to feel amazing in their body. When the body is working optimally, it gives us a sense of well-being from within. In order for this beautiful vessel to support us in all of life’s endeavors, we must tend to our temples, and it will carry us through life with grace and ease.

My passion for body-based healing comes from a love of movement at an early age. I was fortunate to participate in sports, so I could observe the benefits of movement, like dynamic nutrition for my body, mind and spirit. As I grew up, I dove deeper into dance, yoga and strength training, building on my kinesthetic body of knowledge. I began to teach movement classes to all ages, helping to educate bodies to move safely and explore their capabilities. I continue to hold classes today, and am a continual student as well. I still love to be active and train. I believe it’s a key element to a structurally sound body and happy life.

My hands-on work began in 2013 after experiencing the healing power of touch in my own life. Beginning with Thai Yoga Massage, I became familiar with easing the body into relaxation states, working on acupressure points, and employing a hypnotic flow. In 2016, I began to study Neurosomatic Therapy in order to address specific musculoskeletal imbalances, alleviate recurring pain and correct postural issues. This work has been invaluable in helping clients achieve lasting change.

Shifts in the body can bring about healing on all levels of our being. I approach every session with honor for the body and reverence for the soul within. I am delighted to work with every body seeking space to heal.
